Multiflex Switch Edition

The Multiflex Switch Edition adds several features to the innovative Multiflex Switch.

Taking the Switch to the next level, the Multifelx Switch Edition has all the great features of the original Switch with the added innovation of a sturdy height adjustable swivel table and all integrated into this small compact product.

The Switch Edition can be used as support for the bed, if you have one of our Multiflex Pods fitted, but can function as a stand alone unit. It has several innovative features and has been designed for use with VW Transporter Kombi vehicles that have the 2+1 second row seat configuration where the single passenger seat can be removed. It anchors to the existing Seat Fixings Points and bolts down securely. It can be easily attached into position or removed when required.

Remove the single seat and replace with the Multiflex Switch Edition!

The loading area has a footprint of 60x40cm and can fit anything up to 46cm tall. It has been designed to hold our 30ltr Compressor Fridge, a 60x40cm Euro Crate or a Portable Toilet, the uses are endless.

The base features 4 hooks that attach the Multiflex Switch to the existing Single Seat Floor Brackets and has adjustable sliding rails that allows the positioning & re-positioning of sliding stays along the rail to hold items securely no matter what size, simply adjust the sliding stays to the desired width.

There are several machined slots in the frame to allow the use of tie down straps, these can be used to further secure items in position if need be.

The front leg can swivel through 90 degrees and thus allowing the possibility to load larger, heavier items easier. It also features a thumb screw to secure the leg in both vertical and horizontal positions for structural strength and rigidity.

The Top of the Multiflex Switch has been designed to be Multifunctional. It easily opens and closes using the positive catches and has quick release hinges allowing the flexibility to completely remove the top, this then provides clear access for carrying taller items. The Top also doubles up as a Side Door Table and, attaching it to the lower rail and using the adjustable leg, is the ideal place for an alfresco picnic, especially when carrying the fridge. The Top also features 2x machined slots for attaching items quickly including our Aluminium Rail & Bike Fork Mounts or Lashing Rings.

The addition of the Lagun Swivel Table leg takes the Switch to another level of innovation. This provides the 4/5 remaining seats with a large functional and versatile table that can be used by all passengers when the front seats are rotated. It also provides the ability and convenience of being able to rotate when objects are still on it, especially useful if is being used and a passenger needs to leave the vehicle. The Switch Edition also has on board storage for the Table Top & Lagun leg with its side mounting bracket thus allowing it to be securely stored for travelling safely.
